The Rundown:
The funeral went well… I guess as well as it could of gotten. I’ll admit it was a lot harder than I thought.
I’m back in the district now, but however I feel like I’m getting sick. Doesn’t help when my best friend, intern, boss, co-worker, and about everyone else I’ve been around is sick. I would take airborn but my boss read me an article that debunks it. So I’m taking Cold-eeze instead. I’m just trying to get lots of sleep so it doesn’t go full blown.
Why my intern is cool: she makes random noises like me.
Work has been out of control since I’ve been back- maybe it’s more like, I’ve been out of control since I’ve been back. I need a long weekend.
I had a great time with Melissa, Ben, and Lindsay at the Guinness Believer event. I love free beer, and I now have a new appreciation for Guinness.
It’s cold. There’s been snow. Not as much as Boston, and most of it is off the roads. However schools have been closed for three days. This is DC.
This weekend is Chinese New Year, it is also a long weekend, I better be well for the weekend.
