This past Tuesday I finally had a chance to go and check out Soccer on the Mall Tuesdays- a pick up soccer game run by Adam.
I haven’t played soccer since high school when I wasn’t good enough to make the varsity team (however I was an awesome play-by-play announcer.)
Trust me nothing has changed.
Quickly I was more breathless than big fat Bartolo Colon at a pre-game buffet. I was also sweating more than Shaq at the foul line. My shirt’s sweat line grew to the point you thought I was wearing a dark gray baseball t-shirt.
However I did have fun running around and trying to touch the ball- and it’s really great cardio, I definitely did not have to go to the gym after that two hour workout.
