Wisdom LostThis morning I finally did something that I’ve put off for years. I got my Wisdom Teeth pulled out. The actualy procedure went very well. They knocked me out and I felt nothing. I woke up and I wasn’t that out of it. I somehow managed to pay my bill and my roommate drove me back. Once back I was bleeding a little a lot but it wasn’t nothing I couldn’t handle. My face is still numb as I write this but I’ll tell you an hour ago the pain just snuck up on me. But now I’m all better thanks to Vicodin- my new best friend. Before I went in today I’ve heard a lot of different stories of other people who had to get their teeth pulled. I’m interesting in hearing how terrible/not terrible their ordeal was afterwards. D had his wisdom teeth pulled a month ago. The bleeding lasted for almost a week and we had to purchase more gauze. The pain intensified two days after the surgery, which was expected per the instructions handout. Be sure to rinse your mouth with warm salt water and use the squirt thing for a few weeks.
