It would make for a memorable wedding that's for sure, but you just can't get rid of the "first dance" completely. The only thing with adding in choreography and such is that you are adding more work and stress to a day that is already, quite honestly, keyed-up enough. If the whole wedding party were game, that would work, but you can't forget the commitment they are already making to being a part of the party - in addition to adding a script and dance moves.
