After a great 4th of July I’m ready to recover for another wild adventure next week! Here’s the latest from Metblogs:
- While the 4th of July marks the date of Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest, did you know that there was a local burger eating contest too? Maybe Z-Burger’s contest should be added to the IFOCE tour.
- Chris Cooley set fire to some animals while inspecting some land. Don’t worry the animals were already dead.
- The week got a little exciting with rumors and news that the Real World DC cast moved in. It didn’t take long til I caused some trouble on the show but that’s another story for another time…
- The Spy Museum has an interesting event going on at the end of the month that involves KGB sex videos.
- I planned ahead for trying to see the DC Fireworks. My best plan? Stay the hell away from The Mall.
- This week I talked with Remy, creator of Arlington: The Rap.

The Real World moving in excites me so much. I’ve never really watched the show, and I don’t care for MTV’s plethora of reality shows, but any chance to catch a glimpse of a C-list star (or lower?) is pretty exciting, especially because cameras and production people constant following these “Real World-ers” around, makes it even more surreal and not real. Thanks for the update!
Also, I was really happy to read your interview with Remy. Did you see his music video for the Caps? It’s pretty amazing, too.
