Goody’s headache powder. Take the morning after, or if you remember with the huge glass of water that you drink up before you pass out.

Anon-mouse: Interesting name first off- welcome! Second off, pedialyte makes sense, I think one time I tried to drink some of that stuff but it was kinda nasty- mnaybe I needed a different flavor.

Suburban Sweetheart: I like the sleep part. I need to eat more pierogies however, I don’t eat them ever.

I just sleep. A lot. Until I wake up and it doens't hurt anymore. And then I inevitably leave my pajamas on all day while surfing Facebook, drinking water, eating pierogies, watching "Bones" and wishing I were still asleep. .-= Suburban Sweetheart´s last blog ..Cleveland Park is Dead. =-.

If you can stomach it – a big glass of pedialyte grape with lots of ice is the best. It also has electrolytes like gatorade, but not as much sugar (avoid being jittery and maybe you could sleep more). Unfortunately you do have to buy it in the children’s food section at the store. It’s worked miracles for me and you might get some of your day back.

i very rarely get the headache / nauseau hangovers… mine are entirely of the “i feel incapable of doing anything but wasting the entire day on the couch / in my bed” variety. still totally a hangover, though.

My hangover routine is a Red Bull before bed. Yes, before. Hasn’t failed to prevent a hangover yet.

But if I forget the Red Bull, and am actually hungover, my day becomes a lot of overly dramatic groaning and whining about why Wendy’s won’t deliver.
