Metblogs Round-Up: 8-4-09

On the President’s birthday, I thought I’d recap my action over on Metblogs:

• Looks like there won’t be a bakery where Murky Coffee once stood, right now it looks like there’s going to be some sort of coffee shot instead. I can’t wait for something to get built there- I’m missing having a third place.
• I did a boring link post on the reality shows going on in DC.
• With Glenn Beck saying some awesome things about Barack Obama, I decided to offer my take on the whole Gates-gate.
• KGB General at the Spy Museum? Makes sense to me.
• I finally finished my long awaited profile of Elizabethany, the Real World DC’s biggest stalker fan.
• Finally, football season is almost here (well kinda) and there are some hi-jinks already going on at Redskins Training Camp.
