Not really but from time to time I will be cruising the shelves are Barnes and Noble and see a magazine that gets my interest and then I usually end up going through the whole thing. IE: I picked up a copy of an Apple (Mac) magazine and went through the whole thing.

Oy, this makes me so sad, even though I identify with a lot of it. My degree is in Magazine Journalism, & I've always found there to be something so relaxing about a magazine. I’m with you. The only time I read magazines is when I’m flying. Even when I have a newspaper, I give it a quick scan and tear out the crossword puzzle.

I know there are some diehards that will never revert to online media but I wonder if there are enough of them to keep the magazines/newspapers printing.

I feel the same. Although my magazine subs are mostly things to support co-workers children’s fundraisers, I get ‘Money’ magazine each month and it basically sits there until I get to cleaning up my desk and toss it. I used to devour these issues.

Sometimes I find a good change of subject to be helpful. As a side note I always love to pick up the pamphlet ’2600′. It’s a ‘hacker/security’ periodical that usually has some interesting reads in it.
