Man I’ve managed to write a semi-regularly over at Metblogs, it’s like I’m suppose to run the place or something.
- The Real World DC is almost over, with the season finale coming up this Wednesday. As sad as I will be that it’s over, I’m sure Metblogs readers are ready for me to stop gabbing about it.
- As I mentioned in the Episode 12 breakdown, I have also been lucky to visit the White House in my time down here- but I’m no Jay-Z. I don’t get to chill in The Situation Room. I think Wolf Blitzer is jealous.
- Two weeks ago I got to sit in on a technical rehearsal of Ford’s Theatre’s latest production: Little Shop of Horrors. Later on Caroline and I got to see the show and I posted up a review.
- In other theatre news I attended my first WATCH awards- I now have a career goal of taking one of those bad boys home.
- Conan O’Brien is coming to town. I decide to drop some money on his show.
- Did you see Funny or Die’s Presidential Reunion? It’s awesome.
- Got my census form this month- I’ve never been so excited to report the racial make-up of my house.
- I actually eat Chinese food in Chinatown. It’s harder than you think.
- Have something to say about the Metro? WMATA is listening.
- Looks like DC is gearing up for some big volunteer events.
